Anna KeslerAnna Kessler
Junior Designer & Product Procurement

Originally from Pennsylvania, Anna graduated from Chatham University in Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. In her earlier years, Anna was always fascinated with design. She continuously came up with new ideas in and around her parent’s home to better improve their lifestyle and to create more stylish spaces for them. Being the only person in her family interested in the design field, she had to forge her own path and follow her dreams of becoming an interior designer.

She began her career selling high-end furniture where she gained experience working with clients and the beginning stages of designing beautiful, functional spaces for residential families. From the furniture industry, Anna changed pace and began working at an architecture firm where she worked alongside architects on commercial projects. This experience gave her an extensive amount of knowledge in the construction side of design and allowed her to further educate herself.

Wanting to push herself further, Anna relocated to Asheville where she became a Junior Interior Designer at Stratton Design Group. She enjoys collaborating with her team members on residential and commercial projects and getting the opportunity to connect and build relationships with her clients. When Anna is not in the office, she loves exploring the charming city of Asheville or finding new hiking trails in the Appalachian Mountains.

Kendall LaBruyereKendall LaBruyere
Junior Designer

Kendall is originally from Wilmington, North Carolina. She graduated from Appalachian State University with an interior design degree and a business minor. She decided to put roots down in beautiful Western North Carolina after falling in love with the mountains in college. She started her career in commercial interior design, helping Mission Hospital during its renovations and expansions. She wanted to dive into the world of residential design and found her work home with the team at Stratton Design Group. As a junior designer at SDG she loves being an integral part of bringing a space to life.

Kendall was surrounded by design from a young age, as her mother is a graphic designer and her father was an architect on the coast of North Carolina. She shadowed her father on jobsites and was introduced to the interior designer on his team. Through these visits, she got to see first-hand the role an interior designer played in bringing a project to fruition. From that point on, she knew she wanted to build her career in design. Kendall enjoys collaborating with her fellow design team, building relationships with her clients, as well as bringing her work ethic and attention to detail to her projects.

Out of the office Kendall can be found with her husband and two kids, enjoying life in the beautiful mountain city of Asheville. She loves creating an inviting atmosphere in her own home, and loves filling it with plants and cozy textiles.
